Due to the situation with COVID-19, some manufacturers and a couple of our suppliers are not shipping until further notice. The rest are backed up and shipping times have slowed down considerably.
What does this mean for you?
If you order anything from us, whether in store or online, we cannot give an accurate time frame as to when the product will arrive. Normally we tell customers, it is an average of 7 to 10 business days if an item is in stock with our suppliers. Due to the slow shipping times, the average is no longer the case.
For most of our product, once we place an order (especially if it is directly from the manufacturer) it is out of our hands as to when it will arrive. In order not to include shipping in with our prices, we normally place large orders with suppliers so we are able to reach the cost to receive free shipping. This is still the case during this time. It is just taking a little bit longer to reach that mark due to a large portion of stock not being available.
We will gladly still conduct special orders or complete online orders for our customers. We just ask for understanding when we can not give an average of when something will arrive. As soon as it does, you will receive a phone call from us.
